A CLEAR STARTING POINT
A practical review and action plan. Complete a short questionnaire and join a 45-minute conversation covering hiring and onboarding, HR compliance basics, and everyday employee support.
Your written plan: A 1–2-page summary of your top three priorities, why they matter, supporting evidence, suggested owners, timing, and what needs to happen for each item to be complete. You will also see what appears to be working, what can wait, and what could not be verified.
Something you can use immediately: One tailored checklist or message tied to a priority, plus a 15-minute findings walkthrough to clarify your next steps. You can carry out the plan yourself or choose additional support.
Documents are optional. Review of up to 20 total pages is included. Without documents, findings rely on reported processes, and verification needs are clearly marked.
Delivery: Written findings within 5 business days after the review conversation and receipt of agreed materials. $250 one-time; no ongoing subscription required.
Best for a small business that needs clear priorities before hiring or fixing inconsistent HR practices. I confirm fit before booking. This initial review is not a comprehensive audit or compliance certification. Detailed multi-state reviews, legal determinations, document drafting, and implementation are separate. You do not need a Health Check to book other services.
Tell me what you’re working through. We’ll discuss what you need and whether working together makes sense.
